You can now submit an online request that will allow BadgeHelp (with your permission) to access your computer (while you watch) and fix BadgeHelp issues you may have for free.

This is a beta testing service for us. We are only going to take a small handful of customers that we hand pick personally to see if this will for us.

Are you going to pick people who have different set ups, like VISTA, XP and all the rest?
This sounds like a good idea you have and could solve a lot of problems we are all having, especially for XP.

royalflush worked when it first came out, after last up date it folds every time when I get my 2 cards. It says 5 of a kind, zero chance of winning. TSR does no good. I have IE7 XP rockeys1@comcast.net

Oscar,
GolfClub will not play in a main round, slow,speedy, or super speedy room, play slow check or unchecked. Please help.
Also, DinnerSpinner still uses only 1 of 3 ovens, the pixie hovers around, or bakes and throws the goods in the garbage instead of serving customers.
I have sent a TSR on DinnerSpinner and left comments on both clients. Windows XP, cleared cookies, temp files, deleted and re-installed programs.
Then there is the Ecuchre Champ win 3 games in a row badge, EuchrePlayer plays only slightly better then me and that isn't going to win any badges requiring wins.

seems like when i play Pinochleplayer for some reason this comes up from pogo>> Your browser does not have enough free memory to run the game.
