Lost Registrations.

You must send your replace code request to REPLACE CODE EMAIL and follow our directions. It may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 days to get a response from us.

You are here at this page because one of the following has happened:

1. You got a new computer and your registration code has changed.
2. You restored your computer for some reason and your code has changed.
3. Tried to update to the latest version of software and for some reason the code changed.
4. You did not get your password after you ordered and you want to get your receipt to prove you purchased the program.

Basically you are here because the code changed for some reason and you have purchased it and you need to register it again.

Here is what you need to do:

Copy and paste your receipt (shown below) in the body of your email. If you don't know how to do this, just email REPLACECODE and we will walk you through it.

Your receipt will look like this:

 

When you email me with this copy of the receipt copied INTO THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, also include your NEW REGISTATION CODE or CODES and a brief explanation of what happened.

DO NOT ATTACH anything (files) to the email. All email attachments are deleted. I do not download ANYTHING FROM ANYONE.
