Information that you provide when purchasing BadgeHelp software could include: name and e-mail address, demographic information (including age, gender, language, and other data), location information (including zip code, postal code, and country), content preferences, purchase and credit card billing information, computer configuration (including operating system, CPU speed, connection speed, and computer peripherals owned).

BadgeHelp's use of personal information

How does BadgeHelp use the personal information you provide to us? BadgeHelp does not create individual user profiles based on specific content accessed via our products. Further, BadgeHelp does not sell, rent, or share personal information you provide to us, unless you specifically consent to provide such information to a third party partner or content service. BadgeHelp uses the personal information you provide to: verify access rights to our software or other access-restricted services and software, determine if you meet the minimum system requirements for our products, ask you to participate in surveys about products / services / news / events, offer you product upgrades and software for you to purchase, provide you with content / services / instructions based on your language preferences / zip code / country locations, provide you with targeted advertising / promotions / special offers, better understand on an anonymous and aggregated basis how our products are used, including web traffic patterns and what types of content are most popular with users of our products and services. BadgeHelp does not disclose personal information to third parties. At times, we disclose relevant information about our customers to our contractors in order for them to provide specific services for BadgeHelp. BadgeHelp requires such contractors to keep all information they process strictly confidential and to use such information solely on behalf of BadgeHelp. E-mail from BadgeHelp

Registering for a product or service allows you to use the software for an unlimited amount of time or whether you want BadgeHelp to communicate with you. Generally, we do not send e-mail to you about our products, content and special offers. However, we may send you mail about products you have previously purchased (such as an available upgrade that you are entitled to receive) or to inform you about critical technical service issues relating to a BadgeHelp product or service.

We customarily release alpha and beta versions of our products, which are further refined before the release of the final version. Use of illegal software

If you have illegal copies of our software on your computer, you may not be able to use our software as during installation our software scans for these illegal programs. If an illegal copy is detected, the program will not function.
